Age restrictions apply: Webwiks Media does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention.

Article 2: Placing an Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD). The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or online payment methods (PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Delivery

Our products are digital only. Delivery is made via instant download link sent to the email address you provide when placing your order.

Please ensure you enter the correct email address. Webwiks Media is not responsible for undelivered access details due to customer error.

No Physical Delivery: Since all products are digital, nothing will be shipped.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

As our products are digital in nature, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is completed.

Article 8: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and the Service.
